I lead Facebook’s News Feed Research team which is part of the larger User Experience Research team at Facebook. Our team uses quantitative and qualitative methods to better understand how people use News Feed in order to improve their experiences.
Previously, I was at Northwestern University where I completed my PhD in the Media, Technology & Society program, in the School of Communication, at Northwestern University.
